 500 g 海蝦
 10 cloves 蒜頭
 1 pack 粉絲
 2 sticks 蔥
 2 sticks 芫荽
 4 whole 指天椒
 100 ml 清雞湯
 3 tbsp 生抽

把鮮蝦的腳切除

海蝦洗淨切半去腸

粉絲加入清水浸泡10 分鐘

粉絲瀝乾水分加入清雞湯浸泡10分鐘

蔥洗淨切成蔥花

芫荽洗淨切碎

指天椒去籽切絲

蒜頭去皮切成蒜蓉

慢火起鑊,加入適量的油。加入一半的蒜蓉炸成熟蒜備用

把粉絲舖在碟上

再放上鮮蝦

再放上金銀蒜及辣椒絲

放進蒸爐大火蒸5分鐘

把蔥花及芫荽拌勻

15

把油加熱至冒煙

16

把鮮蝦淋上熱油

再淋上生抽

18

最後灑上蔥花及芫荽碎即成
