 100 g 菜脯
 3 whole 雞蛋
 1 pinch 鹽
 1 pinch 胡椒粉
 5 g 蔥花

先把菜脯用冷水浸泡10-15分鐘

再洗淨瀝乾水分,然後切成小粒備用

青蔥切成蔥花備用

把鷄蛋放入鹽及胡椒粉,打勻備用

然後再放入蒽花及菜脯拌勻

中火起鑊,加入2茶匙油,倒入蛋液

慢慢攪拌,開始凝固時 就轉小火慢煎

8

當凝固至8-9成就可以慢慢卷起左右兩邊

再由前卷向後成年蛋卷,就完成

溫馨提示

  • 做成蛋卷的原因主要是因為比較方便夾起來。初階的朋友可以免卻。
