 300 g 鮮蝦
 100 g 中筋麵粉
 1 tbsp 卡津粉
 1 tsp 黑胡椒粉
 1 tsp 鹽
炸漿材料
 1 tbsp 卡津粉
 50 ml 牛奶
 1 whole 雞蛋

把鮮蝦剝殼,挑掉蝦腸

把麵粉、卡津粉、黑胡椒粉及鹽拌勻

把雞蛋加到碗裡拌勻

4

再加入牛奶及卡津粉拌勻

5

把鮮蝦放到麵粉裡面拌勻備用

6

用中火起鑊,煮沸一鍋油

7

把鮮蝦放到蛋漿裡

8

再鋪上一層麵粉

9

然後放入油裡炸30秒即成
