 20 g 雞肉
 250 ml 清雞湯

準備4個耐熱容器,放入雞肉、冬菇、竹輪及蟹柳肉。

將清雞湯與雞蛋充份拌勻,以茶隔濾入耐熱容器中,隔水蒸 8-9分鐘後放置 5分鐘,以芫荽葉裝飾即可享用。

溫馨提示

  • 茶碗蒸的配料方面可以自行配撘,基本上只要高湯和蛋比例不變,配料則可以減為成一半,像是如果有吃奶蛋素的人,則可以放入各式蔬菜及菇類以蒸蛋的口感為主,讓茶碗蒸更顯簡單好味道。
