 20 g 鹹魚
 150 g 雞腿肉
 0.50 pc 西生菜
 2 whole 雞蛋
 1 stick 蔥
 1 tsp 鹽
 1 tsp 生抽
 1 tsp 鹽
 1 tsp 白胡椒粉
 1 tsp 油
1

蔥洗淨切成蔥花

西生菜洗淨然後切絲

鹹魚用手撕碎

把雞腿肉去皮設成小粒

5

加入鹽、胡椒粉及油拌勻,醃最少15分鐘

6

把雞蛋加到碗中打勻

7

用中大火起鑊,加入適量的油

8

加入雞粒煮至九成熟備用

9

重新用中大火起鑊,加入適量的油

10

加入雞蛋,煮至七成熟

11

再加白飯推散,把材料翻炒拌勻

12

再加入雞粒及鹹魚翻炒拌勻

13

加入鹽及生抽調味,把材料拌勻

14

再加入西生菜斯翻炒拌勻

15

最後加入蔥花翻炒拌勻即成
